About the Coach— Daryl Robson

Born and raised in the United Kingdom, Daryl Robson discovered his passion for soccer at an early age. His dedication led him into the world of professional soccer, where he gained firsthand experience in discipline, resilience, and the demands of high-level competition.

But Daryl’s journey goes beyond the game. During his professional career, he encountered a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ—an experience that redefined his purpose. What began as a pursuit of performance became a platform for meaningful impact.

After retiring from professional play, Daryl stepped into coaching with a renewed vision: not just to develop athletes, but to invest in lives. His approach blends elite training with intentional mentorship, helping players grow in both skill and character.

Now living in Long Island, Daryl is a husband, father of two young boys, and a pastor with a heart to raise up the next generation of future leaders. Through F3 Soccer Academy, he brings together Focus, Fundamentals, and Faith to help shape confident, disciplined, and purpose-driven players on and off the field.
